Digital membership cards have been sent and must be used to gain access.

Flexi 10 and 3 game members have been sent a member code to redeem their tickets via Ticketek.

If you have not received your code, please email us at membership@mvfc.com.au (or visit Membership Services on game day (see location below).

Reserved seat members will be able to access their reserved seat with seat details included on their digital membership card

For members without a smartphone or unable to access their digital card, please contact Membership Services.  We know that the process is new, and with the lifting of restrictions occurring just last week, there has been less time than we would like to roll out cards, but we were also conscious of trying to avoid a redemption process.  If you have any issues, we will help you on the day to make sure you and your family can access our Round 3 clash.

For troubleshooting or any queries about your digital membership card, please visit our membership site.

In particular, to prepare early, we note some iPhone users have settings on their handset that is moving digital cards to the expired section of their wallet (once downloaded). This can be quickly rectified with instructions in item 8 of the FAQ link above.

* Plastic membership cards will not grant access to AAMI Park.
