Melbourne Victory would like to advise NYL and NPL Senior Head Coach Gareth Naven has concluded his time with Club and is returning home to Perth.
Victory CEO, Trent Jacobs, praised Naven for his commitment and service during his time at the club.
“I would like to thank Gareth for his important contribution to our club over the past three years,” Jacobs said.
“Gareth’s dedication to help develop our youth players has been clear and on behalf of everyone at Melbourne Victory, we wish Gareth all the best for the next chapter in his coaching career.”
Naven said he would look back fondly on his time at Melbourne Victory.
“I’m extremely grateful for the opportunity to work at Melbourne Victory,” Naven said.
“I’ve learned a lot here and I’ve enjoyed working with everyone at the football club and will reflect very positively on the experience”.
“I now look forward to the next chapter in my coaching career.”
Melbourne Victory will advise when a permanent replacement in the role is appointed.
