What are our performance schools?
Melbourne Victory’s Performance Schools connect Victory’s coaches, training methodology and senior football staff with talented players in a school environment. While being an additional talent identification network for the Club’s youth pathways, long-term and holistic student-athlete development is at the heart of the program.
While Victory’s training methodology is integrated through school-based sessions, the aim is to provide a unique developmental opportunity that sits outside of and in addition to a player’s club environment.
Our Performance Schools are truly two-way partnerships, creating a Victory football hub in their respective locations. Several of the Club’s Football Pathways Programs, including our Pre-Academy Centres, are based at our Performance School venues.
