The Melbourne Derby at Etihad Stadium on Saturday, February 4 is a fully ticketed match, meaning General Admission members are required to lock in a reserved seat.

General Admission members can click here to reserve a seat via the club’s free lock-in process by 5.00pm AEDT on Tuesday, January 31.

Please see the following FAQs for more information:

I am a General Admission member and I want to purchase additional tickets for friends to sit next to me. How do I do that?
If you would like to purchase additional tickets, you should not use the club’s lock-in process. You need lock in your seat with Ticketmaster – by submitting your membership barcode – and then purchase additional tickets in the same transaction for all seats to be allocated together.

This process is available for no cost (except the handling fee), following the closure of the club’s lock-in process, from 2.00pm AEDT on Wednesday, February 1. A handling fee will apply for every General Admission membership barcode submitted in the transaction and you will receive a barcoded ticket with each seat allocated.

What happens if I do not lock in my seat through the club?
If you have not locked in your seat with the club by 5.00pm AEDT on Tuesday, January 31, you will be able to lock in a seat through Ticketmaster up until and on the day of the match. Please keep in mind that booking and transaction fees are applicable through Ticketmaster, whereas the club’s lock-in process is free.

Can I choose my seats if I lock my seat in with the club?
Unfortunately, the club will only allocate seats based on best available or preferred bay as soon as the form is submitted. If you would like to look at seat options, you will have to do so through Ticketmaster, but please keep in mind that handling fees are applicable through Ticketmaster.
