The Melbourne Victory Metro Roadshows will kick off for 2009/10 this week, with excited juniors from Altona City, Boroondara Eagles, Caulfield United, Fawkner Blues, Green Gully and North City Lions receiving visits from a host of Melbourne Victory players.
The Melbourne Victory Metro Roadshows will kick off for 2009/10 this week, with excited juniors from Altona City, Boroondara Eagles, Caulfield United, Fawkner Blues, Green Gully and North City Lions receiving visits from a host of Melbourne Victory players.
As a way of reinforcing its commitment to grassroots football, Melbourne Victory will visit 20 metropolitan junior football clubs over the next month, followed by a further 20 visits during the forthcoming Summer League competition.
Melbourne Victory players including Carlos Hernandez, Ney Fabiano, Tom Pondeljak and Nick Ward will head out to the junior clubs, giving local youngsters and their families the exciting opportunity to meet their Melbourne Victory heroes.
The first round of Melbourne Victory Metro Roadshows are taking place this week at Bayside Knights FC, Brimbank Stallions FC, Bundoora United FC, Chelsea FC, Diamond Valley FC and Waverley Victory.
