Melbourne Victory would like to clarify details regarding a fan display at our AFC Champions League Round of 16 home game against Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors.
We can confirm that a banner submitted by the North Terrace this morning has now been approved by all stakeholders.
We have not received any further images and/or details for any other displays.
We would also like to clarify that the approval process for any significant banner and/or display usually takes seven days.
The North Terrace has repeatedly been made aware of the approval process.
Tonight will be a historic occasion for our club and we look forward to celebrating Archie Thompson’s contribution to Victory in our bid to qualify for the ACL Quarter Finals.
