Melbourne Victory star Besart Berisha is set to make his return from suspension in the Remembrance Round clash against Brisbane Roar at Etihad Stadium on Saturday night.
Berisha, 32, has been sidelined for Victory’s past two matches – draws against the Central Coast Mariners and Western Sydney Wanderers.
The forward has been named in Victory’s squad for the Round 6 Hyundai A-League encounter against his former club Brisbane.
Victory is still without several players due to international duty, with Mark Milligan linking up with the Caltex Socceroos ahead of the second leg of their FIFA World Cup qualifier against Honduras in Sydney.
Mitch Austin is suspended after being sent off during Victory’s gutsy draw against the Wanderers.
Victory is undefeated in its last eight games against the Roar at Etihad Stadium, winning five and drawing three.
