Melbourne Victory is proud to confirm that Claudia Bunge has been named in the Ford Football Ferns squad to represent New Zealand in the upcoming FIFA Window.
Receiving a call-up to the New Zealand national team for their matches against Mexico and the USA, Bunge will be hoping to build on her existing 35 caps with the Football Ferns.
The 26-year-old central defender is fresh off a career-high season for Victory, registering an impressive 5 goals and 3 assists during the 2024/25 A-League Women’s campaign.
The Ford Football Ferns first play Mexico on Friday 24 October at 3pm NZT in Mexico City, then meet Mexico again on Monday 27 October at 12pm NZT in Ciudad Juárez.
The Ferns then take on the USA in Kansas City on Thursday, 30 October at 1pm NZT.
