Melbourne Victory forward James Troisi is expected to miss the next 3-4 weeks as he recovers from an injured collarbone.
Troisi fell heavily while contesting a header during Victory’s 1-1 draw against Brisbane Roar at Suncorp Stadium on Friday night.
Scans later revealed a fracture, and Troisi had surgery on Saturday to repair the damage.
Victory faces City in Round 2 of the Hyundai A-League on Saturday night at Etihad Stadium.
