Melbourne Victory is eyeing back-to-back wins in the NPL 3 Victoria when it makes the trip to face the Springvale White Eagles on Friday.

Victory makes the trip to the Serbian Sports Centre on the back of a hard-fought 2-1 win over Box Hill United last time out.
A 74th-minute header from Anthony Leban secured Victory a first win of the season and a maiden success under Head Coach Joe Palatsides.
Will Wilson had opened the scoring for Victory at Epping Stadium, where it had chances to go further ahead before Box Hill’s equaliser, but Leban found the late winner.
Victory’s centre-back pairing of Aaron Anderson and Ryan Lethlean also produced an impressive performance in the win.
After three games of the 2022 season, Victory sits seventh on the table with four points.
Springvale is bottom of the table after failing to secure a point in any of its opening three matches.
Victory and Springvale last met in June last year, playing out a 2-2 draw in Keysborough.

James Paneras was in fine form for Victory against Box Hill. The winger was a constant threat to the opposition defence with his speed, skill and movement.
