Melbourne Victory will open the 2022 NPL 3 Victoria season against the Whittlesea Ranges.

The 22-round fixture for the 2022 campaign was released on Tuesday, with Victory again playing its home games at Epping Stadium.

Victory’s season starts against Ranges on March 19, before a Melbourne Derby clash against City at Parade College the following week.

After facing Box Hill United, Springvale White Eagles and Doveton, Victory makes the trip to B.T. Connor Reserve to take on the Preston Lions.

That will be followed by a clash against Western United, with meetings with Ballarat City, North Sunshine Eagles, Geelong and Nunawading City to follow.

The 2021 season was cut short due to the coronavirus pandemic, while no games were played in 2020.

Victory was sixth through 14 rounds when this year’s campaign was ended.

Head of Academy Coaching Joe Palatsides will lead Victory into the season as Head Coach.
