Fabian Monge is an Australian central midfielder currently playing for Melbourne Victory in the A-League Men. Monge’s career began with Western Sydney Wanderers, where he was part of the 2017-18 Y-League championship team. He played a crucial role in their 3–1 victory over Melbourne City Youth in the 2018 Y-League Grand Final. After a standout season, Monge earned the Y-League Player of the Year award in 2019.

He signed his first professional contract with the Wanderers in 2019 and made his professional debut in a 2019 FFA Cup match against Melbourne City. Monge left the Wanderers at the end of 2020 and joined Sydney Olympic FC in January 2021. His impressive performances at APIA Leichhardt led him to sign with Melbourne Victory in 2023, where he continues to develop as a central figure in their midfield​
