Melbourne Victory is delighted to announce Airmaster as an Associate Partner of the Club for the next 3 seasons.
Founded in Melbourne in 1988, Airmaster has grown to become a leading Australian provider of building services and technical solutions. With operations across every state and territory, Airmaster delivers integrated HVAC, building automation, fire, and energy management solutions, helping organisations improve performance, efficiency, and sustainability across their facilities.
The partnership will see Airmaster not only align its brand with Melbourne Victory but also play an active role in supporting the wider Victory community. Together, the two organisations will co-design a new youth leadership program, Victory Rising, aimed at empowering young people by providing valuable life skills and professional development opportunities.
In addition, Airmaster will help deliver a new initiative, Victory Careers, which will connect community partners and participants, along with players and their families through an expo style event, creating pathways to off-field careers and personal growth. Melbourne Victory Managing Director, Caroline Carnegie, said she was thrilled to welcome Airmaster into the Victory family.

“We’re incredibly proud to be partnering with Airmaster, a business with deep Melbourne roots that shares our vision to lead, unite, connect and inspire.”
“Their commitment to youth leadership and career pathways will have a real and lasting impact, and we look forward to working with them to bring these programs to life for the benefit of the wider Melbourne community.”
Airmaster Group Managing Director, Wayne Bover, said the company was excited to begin this partnership with Melbourne Victory.
“Airmaster is proud to partner with Melbourne Victory as part of our commitment to strengthening the future of the HVAC industry. We see this as an opportunity to give back, open up new career pathways, and champion a trade that plays a vital role in the built environment.”
“For Airmaster, this initiative offers a unique opportunity to spotlight the importance of HVAC, reach underrepresented groups, and showcase the diverse, meaningful careers that exist within our industry. This partnership is a shared commitment with Victory to creating positive change.”
