Two Melbourne Victory Senior Academy players are set to represent Australia at the ASEAN U17 Championship 2026.
Winston Ashburner and Oliver Dimovski have been called up for the CommBank Joeys, the defending champions after winning the 2024 edition of the tournament, as part of Carl Veart’s 23-player squad.
The tournament, hosted by Indonesia this month, will see Australia play Cambodia, Singapore and Brunei in Group C in a bid to qualify for the semi-finals.
The ASEAN U17 Championship 2026 is the latest important step in advance of May’s AFC U17 Asian Cup in Saudi Arabia.
