  • All guests are subject to a ticket check, bag search and security screening prior to entry.
  • Any item or bag that is too large to fit under a seat must not be brought into the venue and a limit of one bag per person applies.


  • Before you attend, share tickets with your group for fast, contactless entry.
  • Upon arrival, ensure your mobile ticket is ready and loaded, with your phone’s brightness turned all the way up.
  • If for whatever reason you are unable to attend or need to sell your ticket, selling on Ticketek Marketplace is an easy and secure option.


  • Please note, AAMI Park is operating in a totally cashless envionment.

Getting to the game

By Public Transport:

Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to and from an event.  

The precinct is a 10-minute walk from the CBD via Birrarung Marr or the Tanderrum Bridge.  

Trains, trams and buses operate frequently, dropping you right at the door of the precinct.  

Yarra Tram

  • Tram 70 (Wattle Park) from Flinders Street and Richmond Stations. These stop at Rod Laver Arena (Stop 7B), John Cain Arena (Stop 7C) and AAMI Park (Stop 7D).   
  • Tram 48 (North Balwyn) and Tram 75 (Vermont South). These stop adjacent to the MCG on Wellington Parade.   


  • Richmond Station 
  • Jolimont Station 
  • Flinders Street Station


  • Bus Route 605 stops out the front of AAMI Park on Swan Street. Route 246 stops at the corner of Punt Road and Swan Street.

By Car: 

Guests attending the precinct can access the Eastern Plaza Carpark via Entrance D (Olympic Boulevard).  

We strongly recommend pre-booking your parking. Bookings close at midnight the night before the event. Drive-up spaces are limited and subject to availability.
