When can you buy tickets?
- Exclusive member window: Monday, May 11, 9.00am to 7.00pm AEST for members purchasing in the regular season seating category of their membership
- 2nd exclusive member window: Tuesday, May 12, 9.00am to 7.00pm AEST for members who have not purchased or do not wish to purchase in the same category as their regular season membership
- Football Family booking window: Wednesday, May 13, 9.00am to 12.00pm AEST
- General public on sale: Wednesday, May 13, 1.00pm AEST
Please note, competing team members are entitled to purchase additional tickets within the Football Family booking window.
What are the prices?
- Category A: $195 adult, $150 concession, $95 child, $485 family
- Category B: $120 adult, $95 concession, $60 child, $300 family
- Category C (including active supporter areas): $70 adult, $60 concession, $35 child, $175 family
Concession: Pensioner, student
Pensioner: Concession card holders and Seniors Card holders (valid ID required)
Student: Full-time tertiary and secondary school students (valid ID required)
Child: 4-16 years inclusive (children 3 years and under are free unless they are occupying a seat)
Family: 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children

How do I purchase tickets?
Online at Ticketek. Members enter your Finals password (as shown in the communication you have received).
Via telephone on 132 849 or by visiting a Ticketek agency. Members quote your Finals password (as shown in the communication you have received).
Please note, ezyTicket or mobile tickets will not be offered as a delivery option in the Melbourne Victory active areas. All active tickets will be hard ticketed and required to be collected by the ticket purchaser prior to match day.
How many tickets can you purchase?
Melbourne Victory members will be entitled to purchase one (1) ticket per membership in a pre-sale window that will run from 9.00am to 7.00pm AEST on Monday, May 11.
Within this pre-sale window, Premium A, Premium B and active members will only be able to purchase a ticket into their regular season seating category. There will be a limited number of Category C tickets for Premium C and general admission members, so additional options of seating in Categories A and B will be made available.
A second pre-sale window will be available from 9.00am to 7.00pm AEST on Tuesday, May 12 for all members who have not purchased or do not wish to purchase in the same category as their regular season membership.
Please note, all tickets are subject to availability. If you decide to purchase a ticket within the first pre-sale window you will be unable to purchase a ticket within the second pre-sale window. There are no general admission tickets available for this event.
Melbourne Victory members will be able to book on behalf of other Melbourne Victory members (in their same membership category, up to a maximum of 10) to sit together. To do this, simply enter all barcodes at the time of doing your booking and all tickets will be allocated together in the one transaction.
What is my Finals password?
For all members, your password is your barcode number (12-digit number on the reverse of your membership card).
