Changes to the match day experience

We are extremely excited to have our loyal members and fans at Sunday’s game, but it is important to note that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there may be some changes to your usual match day experience.

To help create a safe environment for everyone:

  • use e-tickets only (note: membership cards will not grant you access into the stadium)
  • enter the stadium through the gate printed on your ticket
  • enter the stadium during the recommended timeframe on your ticket
  • minimise movement around venue as much as possible
  • maintain a physical distance
  • practice good hygiene
  • the venue is accepting cashless transactions only
  • there will be no stadium pass outs

Active Support

Active support plays an integral role in the identity of the Club.

Standing and chanting is permitted for the entirety of the match, however, we encourage our supporters to remain in front of their allocated seats. 

Accessible Seating

For members requiring accessible seating please call 1300 665 915 or fill out this form: Accessible Seating Form. A Ticketek representative will call you once you have submitted your form.

Bag restrictions
For sporting events at AAMI Park, any item or bag that is too large to fit under a seat must not be brought into the venue and a limit of one bag per person applies.

Transport & Parking

We strongly encourage all patrons to take public transport to the venue. To plan your journey, visit the PTV website.

Membership Support & Scarf Collection

Our 2020/21 membership scarves collection and member services will be located at Entrance F ticket window numbers 5 & 6.

A reminder that our ‘pay as you go’ membership model allows members to purchase tickets to the home games they want to attend. Members receive a discount of approximately 50% off the daily ticket price. Members should check their email for information on how to purchase tickets at the discounted price.

Merchandise

Our Victory Shop will be open next to Edwin’s Café for you to purchase your Club apparel.

Merchandise will also be available in the stadium on level 1, aisles 4 and 24.

Half-time

Four lucky members will participate in our half-time naughts and crosses, thanks to our match day partner, Victoria University. The winning team will win a dinner with a Victory player!
