Melbourne Victory pair Jenna McCormick and Teagan Micah have been named in the Westfield Matildas’ squad for next month’s Olympic qualifiers against Vietnam.
McCormick and Micah were part of the squad that finished top of Group B in the third round of qualifying earlier this month.
That put the Westfield Matildas through to a play-off round, in which Australia faces Vietnam in Newcastle (March 6) and Cam Pha (March 11) as it bids to book a spot at Tokyo 2020.
McCormick, who has four international caps, and Micah, who is awaiting her debut, were named for the two-legged play-off.

Westfield Matildas head coach Ante Milicic named the same 20 players that topped Group B in his squad for the clashes with Vietnam.
“The players that we had in camp in Sydney did a great job to help us advance to the next phase of Olympic qualification,” he said in a statement on Wednesday.
“We were in camp for over three weeks, which enabled us to get some great work in both on and off the pitch.
“I look forward to working with these players again in Newcastle and Vietnam as we seek to seal Australia a second football team in Tokyo.”
McCormick and Micah both returned to the Victory squad for Sunday’s Derby loss to City.
Victory faces the Newcastle Jets on Sunday as it continues its push for a top-four finish in the Westfield W-League.
