Phone or Agency

Quote your member Barcode number/s to the customer service operator

Your Barcode number is printed on the back of your Melbourne Victory member card – you can enter up to ten (10) barcodes in one transaction to sit with other members.

How many tickets and what seats can I buy?

Melbourne Victory members will be entitled to book one (1) ticket per membership barcode during our member booking window.

In this window Melbourne Victory members will only be able to book a ticket in the same category and classification of seat they hold for the regular season. For example a Premium A Adult will only be able to book a Premium A Adult ticket and so on. This system is in place to ensure members have priority to similar seats in the finals as they have had throughout the season. Tickets will be sold on a next best available basis in the category of seat that you hold.

Melbourne Victory members will be able to book on behalf of other Melbourne Victory members (up to a maximum of 10) to sit together. To do this simple enter all barcodes at the time of doing your booking and all tickets will be allocated together in the one transaction.

Please note – To purchase family tickets during the exclusive members on sale, members MUST call Ticketmaster on 136 100 as family tickets will not be available online during the exclusive member priority period.

How can you collect your tickets to the match?

Due to the short turnaround we encourage members to select the Ticketfast delivery option to avoid delays at the venue on match day.

I want to buy more than just my one ticket or a different category?

If members do not want to purchase in to their corresponding category or would like to purchase extra tickets for non-members then the football family booking window is the one to use.

Simply follow the same process (enter your barcode) on Tuesday 15 April from 9am and you will be able to purchase additional tickets.

Please note active areas will be accessible per category in the member window, then to all members during the Football Family window. There will be a ticket limit of one (1) ticket per barcode in the active area. Active sales will not open up to the general public.

Please note the all finals ticket information is subject to change. Keep up to date with the latest information at melbournevictory.com.au including details of any additional matches we play in the Finals.
