Head Coaches Tony Popovic and Jeff Hopkins have named their final extended squads for the year.

Despite a disappointing Melbourne Derby performance, our girls in blue remain in the top four of the Liberty A-League table with a chance to solidify their spot against Western Sydney on Saturday.

Tony Popovic’s side remains undefeated to start the season after a 0-0 Melbourne Christmas Derby.

Sitting second on the Isuzu UTE A-League table, our boys in blue now face Adelaide United in the seasons second Original Rivalry clash.

Rai Marchan, Stefan Nigro and Fabian Monge all return to the extended squad ahead of Saturday while defender Adama Traore will miss this weekend’s clash, entering concussion protocol post-Melbourne Derby.
