Melbourne Victory’s squad is eyeing their third win over original rivals Adelaide United in the space of a month when the two teams meet on Saturday night at AAMI Park.
Matt Acton enters the A-League Men squad for the first time this season after returning from a back injury.
The goalkeeper travelled to Adelaide on Wednesday night in the FFA Cup to back up Ivan Kelava and will again join the team on Saturday night.
Jason Davidson, Matt Spiranovic, Marco Rojas and Chris Ikonomodis missed the Cup clash.
With a few days of training left before Saturday night, players have time to prove their fitness and put their hand up for selection.
