Melbourne Victory can confirm that Luka Kolic will depart the Club.
The 21-year-old has agreed to a mutual termination of his contract, which was signed ahead of the 2025/26 Isuzu UTE A-League season to enable him to seek more game time.
Kolic joined Victory during the 2023/24 A-League season, following an impressive emergence into senior football with Melbourne Knights.
He would go on to win the Leigh Broxham Medal as the premier player within our NPL program in 2024 as the team won the championship and promotion into the NPL1 for the first time in a decade. Kolic also won the NPL Goal of the Year for 2025 with a memorable Rabona that would go viral.
Director of Football, John Didulica, commented:
“Luka is a wonderful young man, and at this stage of his career, he needs to be playing week-in, week-out, to continue his development.
“We thank him for being a part of the Club over the past three seasons, and we wish him all the best with his next step.”
