More than 1,100 people attended Friday’s Victory in Business Grand Final luncheon at Crown – Victory’s biggest yet.

Guests included former Prime Minister John Howard, number one ticket holder George Calombaris, Socceroos coach Ange Postecoglou and many more, who enjoyed a fantastic afternoon at Paladium at Crown.

Melbourne Victory Chairman Anthony Di Pietro also used his address to the audience to announce the re-signing of two club stalwarts.

Mr Howard provided plenty of insight into his interest in football as well as his time in the country’s top job.

Postecoglou was joined on stage by Fox Sports’ Simon Hill, who previewed Sunday’s A-League Grand Final.

Victory in Business is Australia’s largest business coterie group outside of a game day and yesterday’s huge attendance was the biggest the club has hosted.

The Grand Final luncheon, proudly presented by Telstra Business Centre Richmond, also featured entertainment from singer Mark Vincent and comedian Paul Martell.
