Melbourne Victory is supporting the inaugural Fawkner SC Female Community Cup being held at CB Smith Reserve over the weekend.
The tournament gives girls the chance to showcase their talents in what will be an annual all-female competition.
Melbourne Victory W-League players will be in attendance on Saturday to meet all 400 participants and take part in a signing session. Every participant will receive a Melbourne Victory showbag to take home.
The Fawkner SC Female Community Cup is the culmination of a decade of effort by the club to encourage female participation in football. Melbourne Victory, supported by WorkSafe Victoria, is proud to partner with Fawkner SC to help them achieve their goal of supporting girls to play football.
The tournament will be held from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday this weekend.
