Melbourne Victory will travel to Ballarat to face Brisbane Roar on Friday, September 1.
It will be Victory’s first pre-season friendly against Hyundai A-League opposition, and comes only weeks after it faced the same opponent in Westfield FFA Cup competition.
Victory has won all three games since its pre-season started; two friendlies against NPL opposition and against Roar in the FFA Cup Round of 32.
Before Victory travels to Ballarat, it will face Oakleigh on August 16, and Adelaide United in the FFA Cup Round of 16 on August 23.
