Voting is now open for October’s Turkish Airlines Player of the Month, with Melbourne Victory fans invited to choose from a trio of nominees.
The three-player shortlist was completed following Friday night’s Isuzu UTE A-League Men’s win away to Perth Glory, where goals from Keegan Jelacic and Juan Mata secured a 0-2 success for Melbourne Victory.

Taking our first Player of the Match award of the 2025/26 season, in his first competitive game back at the Club, Davidson impressed while donning the captain’s armband against Auckland FC.
The 34-year-old ranks among the very best ALM full-backs across shooting, dribbling and defending categories, earning an average FotMob rating of 6.97 across October’s three fixtures.
Denis Genreau
Contributing a goal and an assist in the defeat at Newcastle Jets, Genreau has certainly been a standout since joining Victory during the off-season.
Averaging a FotMob rating of 7.96 in October, the league’s fourth-highest, his combination of technical quality and willingness to engage in midfield combat has the competition on red alert.
Matthew Grimaldi
Standing out on his starting debut for Victory, Grimaldi provided both assists in the away win over Glory.
Building his minutes played game by game, he finished the month in style to bring his average FotMob rating up to 6.84.
