Biography
Returning back to Melbourne, this time wearing the Big V, Chelsea Blissett is a 26-year-old defender.
Breaking through at Melbourne City, Blissett would spend five seasons in Melbourne before travelling up north to sign for Brisbane Roar ahead of the 2023/24 season.
Despite suffering an ACL injury that limited her to just five appearances in her first campaign for the Roar, Blissett enjoyed a standout 2024/25, recording 20 starts on the left-side of defence.
Joining the Girls in Blue after an impressive off-season stint with NPLW Queensland side Queensland Lions, where she would score one goal and provide eight assists in just 11 games, the Albury-born defender is a crucial addition to Victory’s Ninja A-League squad.
