Courtney Newbon
1 Goalkeeper
Reaching new heights at Melbourne Victory, Courtney Newbon is a 25-year-old Australian goalkeeper.
Finding herself on the Western Sydney Wanderers’ bench at the age of 16, Newbon would spend five seasons with the Wanderers and make four appearances.
Newbon would play five times in the 2021/22 season during her stint with Perth Glory, before spending two years playing at the NPL level in New South Wales.
Joining the Central Coast Mariners on an injury-replacement contract in late 2023, Victory would sign Newbon for the remainder of the 2023/24 campaign.
Starting in-between the sticks for the 18 months since she’s joined the club, Newbon had a 2024/25 season to remember, keeping a club record number of clean sheets and earning a place in the PFA’s Team of the Season.
Extending her stay in Melbourne for another year, Newbon will hope to go from strength to strength in 2025/26.
