Overseeing a successful period in Victory Women’s history since arriving in 2016, Jeff Hopkins in a highly-respected Welsh former-football and now coach.

Registering hundreds of appearances for famous English clubs including Fulham, Reading and Crystal Palace, as well as finishing with 16 senior national team caps, Hopkins began his managerial career in Australia with Gippsland Falcons.

Spending eight seasons with Brisbane Roar and winning two Championships and one Premiership, Hopkins was brought to Victory ahead of the 2016/17 with prior experience winning silverware in the A-League Women’s.

Hopkins helped Victory lift the 2018/19 Premiership and would later win back-to-back Championships in 2020/21 and 2021/22 respectively; a memorable and remarkable achievement for the club.

Guiding the club to consistent appearances in the finals series and putting together a record-breaking 2024/25 campaign that came extremely close to both Premiership and Championship glory, Hopkins will be aiming to go one better in 2025/26.
