Biography
Signing with the club ahead of the 2024/25 season, versatile young defender Joshua Rawlins has found his feet quickly at Melbourne Victory.
Breaking out for Perth Glory in the AFC Champions League as a 16-year-old, where he became the youngest player to feature in the tournament’s history, Rawlins quickly became a regular starter in the A-League and earned a move to Dutch club Utrecht.
Returning to Perth on loan for the second half of the 2023/24 season, Victory managed to sign the talented defender on a two-year deal.
Featuring on the right or centre of the backline, Rawlins has featured for Australia at tournaments including the FIFA U17 World Cup and AFC U23 Asian Cup.
After making 45 league appearances across two seasons for the Boys in Blue, Rawlins was announced to sign for Dundee United in the Scottish Premiership ahead of the 2026/27 season.
