Lydia Williams is an accomplished Australian professional goalkeeper, playing for Melbourne Victory in the A-League Women and the Australia national team. Known for her agility and leadership, Williams has had a remarkable career spanning clubs across Australia, the U.S., England, and Europe. Her club career includes stints with Melbourne City, Canberra United, OL Reign, Arsenal, and Paris Saint-Germain.

Williams has been honored multiple times, including being named PFA Women’s Footballer of the Year twice and W-League Goalkeeper of the Year on three occasions. She debuted for the Matildas at 16, earning over 100 caps. An advocate for Indigenous representation in sports, she is also an author of the children’s book *Saved!!!*.
