Joining Victory after years of experience in the A-League Women’s, Nicki Flannery is a speedy winger with an eye for goal.

Making her professional debut as a 16-year-old for Canberra United, Flannery spent four years in the capital before a spell with Newcastle Jets.

Flannery would soon after return to Canberra United to play three more seasons, particularly impressing in 2023/24 after registering five goals and seven assists.

Melbourne Victory was her next destination, starting all but one match in the league on both the right and left wing.

Finishing the season with five goals once again, Flannery had the opportunity to join Cypriot club Apollon Limassol for a brief loan spell, playing two UEFA Champions League Qualification games.

Signing on for the 2025/26 campaign, the 26-year-old will aim to play an important part in Victory’s success.
