Reno Piscopo
7 Midfielder
Arriving back in his hometown to join Melbourne Victory in July 2024, Reno Piscopo is a gifted winger/attacking midfielder.
Despite growing up in Melbourne, Piscopo would represent Italy up until U17s and joined Inter Milan’s youth setup in 2011.
Spending six years with the Italian giants, Piscopo would go on to sign for Torino and eventually Renate in 2017, where he began to gain first-team experience.
Piscopo opted to sign for A-League Men’s side Wellington Phoenix in 2019, quickly becoming a widely regarded player and switching his national allegiance to Australia, competing at the AFC U23 Asian Cup in 2020 and later the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Returning to Australia in 2022 to sign for Newcastle, Piscopo would spend two seasons with the Jets before joining with Melbourne Victory ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
Hitting the ground running with some eye-catching assists and a stunning long-range effort against Macarthur, Piscopo is set for another big season donning the famous Victory navy blue.
