Melbourne Victory’s Claudia Bunge has been called up by New Zealand for their upcoming international matches.
The 26-year-old defender has been named in the Football Ferns’ 24-player squad for a double header against the Matildas on Australian soil during the final FIFA window of 2025.
The teams will face off first in Gosford, at polytec Stadium, on Friday, November 28, kick-off 7.30pm, before the two-match series concludes on Tuesday, December 2, kick-off 8.30pm, at Coopers Stadium in Adelaide.
Bunge currently boasts 36 caps for her country, having debuted versus China in 2019, and played on two occasions during the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup co-hosted by Australia and New Zealand.
