Melbourne Victory will pay tribute to Women’s First Team Head Coach, Jeff Hopkins, at this weekend’s Ninja A-League home opener against Central Coast Mariners.
The Club will celebrate his outstanding contribution to both the A-Leagues and Victory following the Round 3 fixture on Saturday, November 15, kick-off 5pm.
Fans are encouraged to stay after the full-time whistle and show their appreciation for Hopkins, who became the first in the Women’s competition to reach 200 matches as a coach in last Sunday’s 1-4 win over Western Sydney Wanderers.
This milestone is the latest accolade for the ALW’s most successful coach, with Hopkins’ peerless record featuring two Premierships and four Championships, as well as 152 games in charge of Victory.
