Melbourne Victory were too strong for Manningham United Blues as they recorded a fifth win of the 2025/26 VPL season.
The Boys in Blue were on top throughout the Monday night fixture, but made it count in the second half, striking four times without reply at The Home of The Matildas.
Alex Lee scored within 120 seconds of the restart, and striker Mikey Ghossaini was on target in the 65th minute to give Victory breathing room.
This advantage was then extended thanks to a brace from midfielder Oliver Dragicevic.

Speaking to MelbourneVictory.com.au, Senior Academy Head Coach, Besart Berisha, could not disguise his delight at the comprehensive win.
“It was a complete performance from our team in the four-nil win. I’m very happy because we played our football style from the first minute; the way we attacked and defended together was amazing. The mentality, intensity and the brave football we play were there all night.
“I am proud of the boys and the direction we are heading. Now it’s about staying hungry and humble and focused for the next one.”
