Melbourne Victory Women’s match against Newcastle Jets Women this Saturday has been moved from Bob Jane Stadium to Bulleen’s Veneto Club and will now kick off at 2pm.
The Round 5 fixture has been relocated due to the condition of Bob Jane Stadium’s surface and will now be the first-ever Westfield W-League match played on artificial turf.
The match will no longer be televised on ABC1, with Brisbane Roar Women’s match against Perth Glory Women replacing it as the broadcast game.
Melbourne Victory Women is currently fifth on the Westfield W-League ladder with six points and could move as high as second with a win against Newcastle Jets Women.
Tickets for the match are available at the gate, with adults $5 and children $2.
