The Community Accord was developed by the Multicultural Commission of Victoria for all community groups and individuals to represent the core values and faith in fundamental human rights, dignity and worth of the human person and in the equal rights of men and women.

The Community Accord proclaims respect for all ethnic, cultural, religious and linguistic communities, promotes respect for diversity, seeks opportunities to work together to reaffirm our similarities as human beings, advocates for elimination of racial and religious intolerance and rejects all forms of racial and religious vilification, violence, harassment and unlawful discrimination.
At Melbourne Victory’s U-NITE match the following dignitaries showed their support of multiculturalism and diversity by signing the accord:
