Spiranovic
Central defender, Matthew Spiranovic announced his return to football on Tuesday, signing a one-year deal with Victory.
“I have worked with Matty twice, first at the Wanderers and again at Perth, where we had success.
“He is a great player but is also a wonderful person. He is a leader, he has a presence about him and I’m sure he will bring that to the Club,” said Popovic.
“He has had an absence from the game, but after meeting him I can see his passion. He has missed football and wants to play the game he loves.”
