Melbourne Victory will open its 2019/20 Hyundai A-League campaign with a blockbuster Melbourne Derby at Marvel Stadium.
The Round 1 clash with City will be played on Saturday, October 12 with kick-off at 7.30pm AEDT.
Victory’s schedule begins with a flurry of home matches, with four of the first five matches at either Marvel Stadium or AAMI Park.

Round 1: Victory v City, 7.30pm at Marvel Stadium on October 12
Both sides will enter the clash with new managers and fresh squads, signalling a new chapter in the Melbourne Derby. It will be the first chance Victory fans get to see Marco Kurz at the helm in A-League action!
Round 4: Victory v Western United, 7.30pm at Marvel Stadium on November 02
A new rivalry is born! Victory will host A-League newcomers Western United in Round 4 – who will take the bragging rights in the first match between the sides?

Round 5: Victory v Phoenix, 4.00pm at AAMI Park on November 10
Victory’s annual Remembrance Round fixture is also the club’s first game at AAMI Park. The Sunday arvo match-up will be an important opportunity to remember and acknowledge the service men and women who sacrificed their lives during times of conflict.
Round 16: Victory v Sydney, 7.50pm at AAMI Park on January 24
The regular U-NITE Australia Day match against Sydney FC will be a couple of days earlier this season due to potential AFC Champions League commitments, but the multicultural celebrations (and rivalry with Sydney) will remain the same!
