One of the most lethal strikers Australian football has even seen, Besart Berisha joined Melbourne Victory as a marquee player in 2014.
Berisha has won the coveted Hyundai A-League Championship three times, having been an integral part of Brisbane Roar’s success in 2012 and 2014, and Victory’s in 2015.
In one of the biggest recruiting coups in Hyundai A-League history, Victory announced the Albania international’s signing from Roar during the 2013/14 season.
Berisha, who scored 18 goals in all competitions in his first season with Victory, broke the deadlock in the 2015 Grand Final win over Sydney FC.
He made an even bigger impact in his second campaign with the club, scoring a remarkable 27 goals in all competitions.
