Melbourne Victory kicks off Junior Club Engagement Program

Melbourne Victory launched its Junior Club Engagement Program this week with the first of a series of player visits to Beaumaris, Berwick City, Brunswick Zebra’s and Croydon City Arrows Junior football clubs.

Melbourne Victory launched its Junior Club Engagement Program this week with the first of a series of player visits to Beaumaris, Berwick City, Brunswick Zebra-s and Croydon City Arrows Junior football clubs.

The Junior Club Engagement Program focuses on providing opportunities to junior footballers of all backgrounds and abilities, and features a number of exclusive Melbourne Victory player appearances, giveaways and match day opportunities.

Melbourne Victory stars Carlos Hernandez, Matthew Kemp, Billy Celeski, Glen Moss and Nik Mrdja, Assistant Coach Aaron Healey and young guns Aziz Behich, Matthew Foschini and Stephen Hatzikostas provided encouragement to kids during their training session, as well as signing autographs and posed for photos.

A number of additional community initiatives, such as Metro and Regional Roadshows, will be available to junior clubs throughout Victoria.
