Melbourne Victory today revealed the new home and alternate playing shirts it will wear in the upcoming AFC Champions League 2010 and announced ticketing details for its three Group Stage home games.

Leading Australian parking operator Care Park will grace the front of the new navy and white shirts, which both feature Melbourne Victory’s distinctive V and will be used exclusively in Asia’s premier club competition.

Tickets for Melbourne Victory’s Group Stage home games will go on sale soon through Ticketmaster, with adult prices starting from $20.25 per game as part of the club’s new ACL Super Pass, which guarantees a seat for all three matches.

Melbourne Victory members and fans who buy an ACL Super Pass will receive a massive 25 per cent discount on single-game tickets, while 2009/10 members who purchase single-game tickets can receive a 10 per cent discount by quoting their 12-digit membership number.

The ACL Super Pass will be available until Melbourne Victory’s first home game against Korea Republic’s Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma on Tuesday, March 9 and can only be purchased through Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 136 100.

“We’re looking forward to competing in Asia’s most prestigious club competition and are pleased to be able to offer our loyal members and supporters a 25 per cent discount as part of our new ACL Super Pass,” Melbourne Victory CEO Geoff Miles said.

“The AFC Champions League pits us against three of Asia’s most successful clubs and is another chance for us to showcase our club and supporters, who we believe are not only Australia’s best, but also amongst Asia’s best.

“We would also like to welcome Care Park for the ACL and thank Managing Director Robert Belteky and everyone at Care Park for their ongoing support of Melbourne Victory.”

Care Park is one of Australia’s major parking management groups, operating upwards of 200 car parks in most Australian capital cities and many provincial centres.

Care Park also ranks as a major operator in New Zealand with over 30 car parks, and in South East Asia where it manages approximately 15 car parks in Malaysia and Singapore.

“We welcome the opportunity to continue our partnership with Melbourne Victory, particularly as we continue to grow in the Asian region,” Belteky said.

Melbourne Victory will face Seongnam, China’s Beijing Guoan and Japanese powerhouse Kawasaki Frontale in Group E of the ACL 2010.

Following its opening match against Beijing in the Chinese capital on February 23, Melbourne Victory will host Seongnam at Etihad Stadium on Tuesday, March 9, before consecutive matches against Kawasaki on March 23 at Kawasaki Todoroki Stadium and Wednesday, March 31 at Etihad Stadium.

Melbourne Victory will welcome Beijing to Etihad Stadium on Wednesday, April 14, followed by a potentially decisive trip to Korea Republic for its final Group Stage match against Seongnam at Tancheon Sports Complex on April 28.

Tickets will be available from Ticketmaster outlets, by calling 136 100 or online through ticketmaster.com.au.

Prices are all inclusive of Ticketmaster fees, except transaction fees. The ACL Super Pass is not available online and can only be purchased from Ticketmaster outlets or by calling 136 100. The ACL Super Pass ensures flexibility as different categories can be purchased for individual games.
