On his feelings after the match…
“Obviously we’re overjoyed.”
“I’m proud of the group.”
“A really proud moment tonight with what we achieved.”.:
“We’re happy but…there’s one more to go.”
On his expectations going into the match…
“We knew it would be a tough task.”
“We were confident going into the game.”
“In the end, we showed quality, we showed reslience, we showed character.”
“From the beginning of extra time, we really gained control again and we looked really composed in that 30 minute period.”
“Overall I thought it was a wonderful display and result.”
On the feeling heading into the Grand Final
“Happy, proud, excited.”
“Looking forward to it.”
“We’ll just prepare as we did this week.”
“I’ll try and play my part in helping the players be ready for another big match.”
On the chance to win silverware next week…
“We won a cup a few years ago, so we did win a trophy. This club is used to winning trophies.”
“With that comes expectation.”
“Our fans, our members, the club, they expect to be challenging and winning trophies. That’s what Melbourne Victory is.”

“It’s very difficult when you find out at the last minute who you’re playing.”
“You’ve got to travel to Wellington, it’s very expensive and people have taken time off work.”
