Tickets for the hottest football action to hit Hobart go on sale Wednesday at 9am.
Football Federation Tasmania (FFT) CEO John Boulous urges local football fans to secure one before they run out.
“Tickets will be limited so I recommend all football fans to get in quick or they may not get in at all,” Boulous said.
The tickets will be available from Optus stores in Hobart, Rosny and Launceston, the FFT office and Kingborough Council. Tickets are priced at $15 for an adult and $7 for a child, the ticket grants entry to Kingston Twin Ovals for the entire PFD double header day on September 29; with Tasmania vs Melbourne Victory to kick off at 12pm, before the all A-League blockbuster at 2:30pm, with Melbourne Victory taking on Western Sydney Wanderers.
Those that are unable to reach one of the ticketing locations can book their tickets over the phone on (03) 6273 3299.
FFT say interest in the PFD double header has been huge both locally and interstate and every indication is that it could be a sellout.
“Contingents from Melbourne Victory-s and Western Sydney Wanderers- strong supporter bases have indicated their desire to attend and knowing the strong travelling support these clubs receive, tickets could be snapped up very quickly,” Boulous said.
Melbourne Victory and Western Sydney Wanderers have two of the strongest supporter bases in the Hyundai A-League with memberships of more than 14,000 at both clubs.
