Melbourne Victory goalkeeper Lawrence Thomas was awarded the Joe Marston Medal for his incredible performance in the Hyundai A-League Grand Final.
Thomas made four saves to help Victory to a 1-0 win over the Newcastle Jets at McDonald Jones Stadium on Saturday.
The shot-stopper was awarded the Joe Marston Medal as man of the match.
Thomas was crucial in the first half, during which he made a stunning double save to deny Riley McGree and Jason Hoffman.
The 25-year-old is the fifth Victory player to claim the award after Archie Thompson (2007), Tom Pondeljak (2009), Mark Milligan (2015) and Daniel Georgievski (2017).
