Victory Academy Preview: NPL sides look to make it six from six

Another week on the road sees Victory’s NPL sides travel to Caroline Springs George Cross, searching for a sixth win in a row, while the Club’s Junior Academy have another week off.

NPL Seniors & Reserves

Victory made it five from five in Round 5 against Box Hill United, as they continue their spotless start to the new season.

This week’s opponent, Caroline Springs George Cross, sit mid-table across both grades, with their Seniors and Under 21s both holding seventh spot.

Victory have scored 14 goals across five games to start the new campaign, and have four scorers with more than one to their name: Adem Duratovic, Austin Ganino, Jordi Valadon, and Tommaso Minutoli.

Junior Academy

After progressing through to JBNPL1, Victory’s Junior Academy teams have a second week off before they face 22 rounds of football, taking on the State’s top sides.

Fixtures for Rounds 1 & 2 have been released, with round one kicking off for the Club’s Under 14, 15, 16, and 18 sides on the weekend of April 22-23.

In Rounds 1 and 2, Victory will take on:

Under 14: FC Bulleen Lions, Malvern City FC
Under 15: Glen Eira FC, North Geelong Warriors FC
Under 16: Essendon Royals SC, Dandenong City FC
