Melbourne Victory’s 2026/27 AFC Champions League Two Group Stage opponents have been confirmed.
The draw, held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Tuesday, placed Giovanni Savarese’s team in Group E, for what is the Club’s first appearance in the competition.
They are joined by FC Seoul (South Korea), Thể Công–Viettel (Vietnam), and the winner of the Preliminary Stage match between Persib (Indonesia) and Manila Digger (Philippines).
UPDATE: Persib defeated Manila Digger in their Preliminary Stage Match on Monday, August 31, to complete the Group E line-up.
Seoul qualified by virtue of their sixth-place K League 1 finish, with Thể Công sealing their spot as runners-up in the V.League 1.
Victory will play each opponent in a home-and-away round-robin format, across six match days, between Tuesday, September 15, and Thursday, December 3, with the top two teams qualifying for the Knockout Stage, which begins at the Round of 16.
Finalised fixture details and membership and ticketing information will be confirmed in due course ahead of the Group Stage commencing in mid-September.
