Victory will host another double-header at AAMI Park on 28 December, with the W-League girls hosting Perth Glory and the A-League side up against Wellington Phoenix.

There are two Melbourne Derbies, on Friday, 16 November at AAMI Park and Saturday, 5 January at Epping Stadium.

Morwell will host a competitive W-League fixture for the first time, when Victory takes on Western Sydney Wanderers at the Latrobe City & Sports Stadium.

All matches of the Westfield W-League 2018/19 Season will be broadcast or streamed live on FOX Sports, SBS Viceland and the My Football Live app.

Westfield W-League Head Coach Jeff Hopkins was delighted to open the season with a double-header at AAMI Park.

“It’s always great to play at AAMI Park and to do it in Round 1 is even better,” Hopkins said.

“I’m sure we’ll see plenty of blue in the stands which will no doubt help us get the right result.

“We’re working hard to build an exciting squad and I’m looking forward to sharing more on that in the near future.”

This season, we’ve introduced a brand new W-League Supporter membership. It provides access to our W-League games played at Epping Stadium, Lakeside Stadium and regional centres for just $20.

All Melbourne Victory memberships also provide access to the Westfield W-League matches, so make sure you head down this season to support your W-League team.
