Melbourne Victory’s Claudia Bunge has been called up by New Zealand for June’s international window.
The 26-year-old defender will be part of Michael Mayne’s 24-player squad for two fixtures held in Malaga, Spain, next month.
New Zealand is going up against Haiti and Morocco, the first time they have faced either Haiti or Morocco at senior international level.
Bunge has been capped 44 times by her country, helping the Football Ferns qualify for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in the latest of these.
